Para Skechers Chile buscamos **GENERALISTA DE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE** para reemplazo por 10 meses.

En sus funciones deberá encargarse de temas relacionados con Bienestar, Beneficios, Wellbeing y Comunicaciones Internas entre otras tareas.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Desarrollar e implementar programas, actividades y eventos internos que promuevan la Cultura Skechers.
- Resguardar que el programa de beneficios vaya evolucionando y respondiendo a las necesidades del equipo de Skechers.
- Generar iniciativas que promuevan el bienestar integral de toda la comunidad Skechers.
- Implementar iniciativas y programas que promuevan una cultura justa, equitativa, diversa e inclusiva.

**Requisitos**:
Estudios de Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.

2 años de experiência en funciones similares.

Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera hibrida, en la comuna de Vitacura.

Inglés avanzado (deseable)

Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office

Autonomía, capacidad de organización y planificación.

Habilidades interpersonales y empatía.

Resiliencia y gestión del cambio.
