We are currently looking to recruit aStrategic Operations Wind Farm Head. The team is responsible for the Operations and Management of Renewable wind projects. You will report to the Strategic Operations Manager.

**Descripción del empleo**:
As a Strategic Operations Head, your main responsibilities will be:

- Implement technical solutions promoting operational efficiency, reducing failure rates and operation and maintenance costs.
- Manage maintenance activities, with perspective to optimize resources.
- Ensure the scheduling, execution and control of the maintenance plan of equipment and facilities based on an adequate diagnosis.
- Responsible for contracting the necessary studies or consultancies to improve the condition of wind assets, contributing to the creation of value for the company.
- Maintain updated all operation and maintenance information in the company's documentation system.
- Work with the purchasing area, in the scheduling services orders, materials and spare parts necessary for the execution of operation and maintenance activities, including the supplies of critical stock.
- Elaboration and follow-up, together with the Operations Management, of the annual Opex and Capex budget as a management tool for the area, as well as its monthly control.
- Support the performance of audits (quality, property safety, environment, operation, maintenance and others), providing the requested information and documents to demonstrate compliance with standards.
- Improve the performance of wind assets in operations through the control of KPIs.

**Requisitos**:

- Relevant professional degree (e.g., mechanical, electrical, automation engineering, civil engineering, mechatronics) or related areas.
- Minimum 8 years previous experience in wind energy and 5 years in a similar position.
- Intermediate level of english, desirable advance level.

Specific and desirable knowledge Experience:

- Safety and Quality of Service Technical Standard NTSyCS.
- Environmental Regulations
- Labor Regulations
- Operation of power generation plants
- Management of maintenance contracts
- Commissioning and start-up of wind power plants.
- Reading and interpretation of blueprints, functional and logical schemes.
- Knowledge of Office package programs
- Condition monitoring system for wind power plants.
- Maintenance control software (SAP, others).
- Asset Management System
- PDCA Quality Cycle.
- RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance).
- Pareto Diagram.
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).
- SPECIFIC MANDATORY COURSES:

- Complete GWO training
- NFPA-70E
- Training on different Wind Turbine platforms (Desirable).
