En Americar Tech seguimos sumando talento a nuestro equipo y nos encontramos en en búsqueda de nuestro/a próximo/a Project Manager CRM. Tu misión principal será liderar y gestionar proyectos relacionados con la implementación, configuración y optimización de sistemas de Gestión de Relaciones con los Clientes (CRM), con un enfoque particular en la plataforma Creatio, con el objetivo de garantizar el éxito del proyecto, desde su inicio hasta su conclusión, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.

**¿Qué harás en esta posición?**:

- Liderar proyecto de CRM y sus diversas implementaciones, junto con asegurar que la calidad de estas.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos y externos para definir los requisitos del proyecto, identificar necesidades del cliente y establecer cronogramas realistas.
- Realizar seguimiento regular del progreso del proyecto, identificando posibles desviaciones y tomando medidas correctivas para garantizar la entrega oportuna y dentro del alcance comprometido.
- Planificación de principales hitos del proyecto y sus respectivas liberaciones.
- Asegurar pruebas con usuarios que nos permitan asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del producto.
- Facilitar sesiones de capacitación para usuarios finales y proporcionar soporte post-implementación según sea necesario.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora y canalizarlas a los equipos de desarrollo.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las mejores prácticas y tendencias en CRM y tecnología Creatio, compartiendo conocimientos y promoviendo la excelencia en la entrega de proyectos.

**¿Qué necesitas para postular?**:

- Experiência comprobada en la gestión de proyectos de implementación de CRM, preferiblemente con experiência en Creatio (no excluyente).
- Conocimiento sólido de metodologías de gestión de proyectos, como Agile o Waterfall, y habilidad para adaptarse según las necesidades del proyecto.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para interactuar efectivamente con clientes, equipos internos y externos.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, gestionando múltiples tareas y prioridades de manera eficiente.
- Orientación al cliente y habilidades para la resolución de problemas, con capacidad para entender las necesidades del cliente y proponer soluciones efectivas.
- Formación académica en áreas relacionadas, como Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas, ingeniería civil industria, ingeniería comercial, entre otras.
