Como Content Manager, estarás a cargo de la planificación y creación de contenidos ✍️ que apoyen la generación de demanda de las distintas unidades de negocios.

**Funciones del cargo**:

- Planificar y crear contenidos que agreguen valor en cada etapa de customer journey para los distintos canales y formatos (sitio web, blog, RRSS, campañas SEM, ebooks, mailings, newsletters clientes, presentaciones, casos de éxito, testimonios), respondiendo al plan de marketing anual.
- Planificar y ejecutar campañas de mailings, trabajando en equipo con el área de ventas.
- Diseñar y ejecutar una estrategia para comunicar la propuesta de valor de Microsystem y de cada unidad de negocio.
- Investigar y crear contenidos sobre tendencias y tecnología en general, con el objetivo de potenciar el posicionamiento de Microsystem como expertos en el rubro.
- Apoyar la organización de eventos / webinars y sus contenidos.
- Actualizar contenidos del material de ventas, como ppt, propuestas, entre otros.
- Administrar las RRSS y sitio web de Chile y Perú, con foco en optimización SEO.
- Liderar comité editorial, realizar y distribuir el boletín de comunicaciones internas.
- Apoyar la gestión de prensa.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:

- Periodista, Publicista o carrera afín a las funciones del cargo.
- Contar con experiência de 1 a 3 años en funciones similares en mercados B2B, idealmente en servicios tecnológicos.
- Conocimientos de SEO y administración de sitios web (deseable Wordpress).
- Experiência trabajando con CRM (deseable Salesforce o Hubspot).
- Capacidad analítica, creatividad y rigurosidad.
- Capacidad de planificación y ejecución ágil, teniendo flexibilidad para cambiar estrategias a medida que se van generando aprendizajes.
- Disposición a aprender y a aportar con nuevas ideas para el logro de los objetivos.

**Opcionales**:
Sería un plus si tienes conocimiento en:

- Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Copywriting
- Inbound Marketing
