We are seeking a highly qualified and committed native English teacher with solid demonstrable education background. This position involves leading English classes for intermediate and advanced students, focusing on effective teaching and language skill development. We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and can adapt their pedagogical approach to meet the individual needs of students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality English classes.
- Design effective curriculum and educational resources aligned with learning objectives.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for their development.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that motivates students to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure consistency in program delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Native proficiency in the English language.
- Degree in Education, Applied Linguistics, Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL), or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching English, preferably to adults.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with a variety of students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development in the field of education.

**Salary**: Up to $400,000 per month
