about the role

- The DFE would work for the operations area (incident tracking and troubleshooting).

- Suppliers follow up.

- Equipment inventory control on different countries (USA, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Colombia).

- Operational calls/meetings with customer.

- working with Orange account team to address special customer requirements.


about you

- Knowledge in Cisco, Fortinet and Huawei technologies.

- Knowledge in Security, Routing&Switching, wireless, Collaboration, Datacenters.

- Knowledge in PM practices.

- Working to deadline

- Work well under pressure

- Spanish native and English proficiency.
