Job Description
- To own the stakeholder relationship and service delivery for commercial and industrial IM services for their relevant sites.
Ensure that IM is considered the strategic area within the company, allowing the business to have access to the resources and information necessary to meet its needs.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead the IM onboarding in support to the HR recruitment process. By delivering knowledge to each new user the IM organization chart, services, and channels. Additionally, to ensure the correct functioning of the processes necessary for the provision, preparation, and delivery on time of the necessary devices for each new employee.
- Promote and establish of procedures and standards, improving so topics like safety, productivity, and information security.
- Drive the main parts of the projects where his participation is necessary, in terms of schedule, budget, commitments follow up, etc. This even following up and coordinating areas out of IM.
- Lead the Frontline services, especially those with general and transversal scope.
- Monitor and control priority 1 and 2 incidents until the issues are solved.
- To be accountable in the IT services delivery, according to standard operating procedures and/or agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) - Focus on customer service, troubleshooting and immediate time-bound response for the end user. Additionally, check and improve the infrastructure, and related services.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of:
- The specific IM field, controls and risk mitigation. This includes an undergraduate qualification (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in the relevant IM discipline. It would be advantageous to have a post graduate qualification in the relevant IM discipline OR a proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity.
- Proficient in required languages. LATAM roles will require proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish and English
Ability to:
- Deliver a portfolio of IM services to a defined client base.
- Hold vendors to account on SLA indicators.
- Liaise with solutions design and architecture to make sure that roadmaps are followed, and services are introduced with excellence.
- Analyze and identify risk root causes and quantify potential business impact.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to travel to Anglo American operations (at least three times a week to Los Bronces).
- Health compatible for working at high-altitude operations
