As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

The Marketing & Communications lead will provide leadership, support, and guidance to Hatch Chile’s management team regarding the marketing and communications strategy.

The Marketing & Communications lead must drive high-quality service and adherence to all Hatch standards and protocols, particularly in the Marketing & Communications area globally.

The main functions of this position include:

- Advise the management and leadership of the different areas on communications and marketing issues.
- Design, plan, and implement the marketing and communications plans of the Chilean operation.
- Provide support to the different areas of the operation in the achievement of their objectives through the execution of ad hoc communications through internal and/or external channels. This includes collecting data and taking pictures of the activities that will be used in the creation of content that will feed the different channels.
- Design communications and other publications ensuring respect for the visual identity, maintaining the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Design communications and other publications, ensuring that the message is properly aligned with the relevant functional area.
- Coordinate and implement the launch of internal communication campaigns, both global and local, considering the characteristics of the target audience.
- Coordinate public relations with the local leadership team.
- Management, execution, and control of all promotional and marketing activities:

- Events with clients
- Participation in fairs/seminars/conferences
- External and internal publications
- Elaboration of marketing products for the different areas
- Design, coordination, and implementation of marketing strategies
- Control and report results in marketing activities
- Supervision of the work of the external proofreader of the translations carried out by a global provider of translations of global texts/documents into Spanish. Offer support in obtaining technical terms that require consultation with an internal expert.

**Requirements**:

- Professional title of Journalism or related
- At least 10 years of professional experience, of which at least 5 in roles related to corporate communications, ideally in multinational companies.
- Knowledge and management of social media
- Advanced Spanish & English, oral and written
- Expert capacity in writing and generating technical content
- Highly familiar with audiovisual concepts and materials
- Management of MSOffice/SharePoint. Skills in graphic design and other visual software desirable.
- Excellent management of interpersonal relationships and teamwork
- High management, organization, and planning skills.
