Hoy estamos buscando un(a) **Tech Lead** para unirse a nuestro equipo en Betterfly. Quien será responsable.

**Funciones del cargo**

El/La Tech Lead participa en las decisiones tecnológicas de la tribu y toma responsabilidad de los aspectos técnicos que permitan un trabajo fluido para construir de forma eficaz y eficiente un producto de alta calidad, así como mantener comunicación constante con sus líderes y desarrolladores a cargo.
- Ser facilitador(a), guía y referente tecnológico(a) para los desafíos técnicos que aborda el equipo, compartiendo conocimiento, velando por la conformidad de la solución con la especificación de arquitectura y coordinando el trabajo del equipo técnico.
- Trabajar alineado(a) con líderes de producto y negocio, haciendo estimaciones y guiando el roadmap técnico del equipo de desarrollo.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de desarrollo y procesos de calidad en el Squad.
- Gestionar el conocimiento técnico de los integrantes (presentes y futuros) del Squad.
- Velar por comunicar de forma periódica al Head de Ingeniería de la Tribu sobre bloqueos, dificultades del equipo y las decisiones de arquitectura, estándares técnicos, calidad, seguridad tomadas por el Squad.
- Identificar de forma temprana issues y problemas técnicos, proponiendo alternativas de solución apropiadas y oportunas.
- Identificar, gestionar y destrabar situaciones que tengan relación con la dinámica de los equipos en los squads tales como: problemas de capacidad, performance de los desarrolladores y cualquier otra incidencia de índole similar.
- Evaluar el desempeño de los desarrolladores a través del proceso interno de Talent Performance.

**¿Que buscamos en ti?**
- 5 o + años de experiência en la industria en cargos de Tech Lead
- Experiência liderando equipos de Desarrollo
- Experiência en diseño de APIs REST
- Conocimientos de arquitectura de software
- Microservicios
- Python y javascript
- Bases de datos
- experiência con GCP y/o AWS
- Inglés intermedio
