The Country Clinical Quality Manager plays a vital role in MSD's global operations, focusing on delivering high-quality clinical trials that meet regulatory requirements and company standards. This position demands a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and business acumen.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the Regional Director, Clinical Quality Management (RCQM), to oversee CQM activities in the respective country/cluster.
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency in clinical trial operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.
**Essential Qualifications:**
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant healthcare field.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in clinical research, including direct field monitoring experience or management/oversight of such individuals, with a proven track record of achievements.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and other clinical research-related regulations.
- Strong project management skills, with a solid track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts.
- Ideal experience in clinical quality management, including quality control activities, process management & improvement.
- Ideal experience in managing audits and inspections, coordinating and delivering training sessions.
