**Description**
- Conocer con profundidad el Reglamento Interno, todos los protocolos y políticas del Colegio, para promoverlos, exigirlos y aplicarlos con rigurosidad, teniendo como objetivo principal el resguardo y desarrollo académico, emocional y social de sus alumnos.
- Realizar sus funciones en el horario estipulado en su contrato (según sea solicitado por el Colegio), de lunes a viernes, además de participar en las actividades extraordinarias que el Colegio estime conveniente. Participar en reuniones técnicas de equipo tendientes a revisar, evaluar y proponer mejoras a procesos y métodos de trabajo.
- Realizar los reemplazos de clases en caso de ausencia docente, en todos los ciclos y especialidades, según lo determinado por Rectoría y/o Director/a de Ciclo correspondiente.
- Evaluar el avance y logro del proceso educativo de los alumnos e informar sobre el desarrollo de las clases de reemplazo tanto a los docentes reemplazados como a los directivos correspondientes.
- Hacerse cargo de la logística y seguimiento de Talleres u otras responsabilidades similares, en caso de ser solicitado por el directivo correspondiente.
- Resguardar que el alumnado se encuentre dentro del aula en las horas que corresponden a la realización de las clases.
- Colaborar con labores de Inspectoría y Formativas para todo el colegio.
- Supervisar y acompañar a los estudiantes, velando por el orden y disciplina, de manera permanente en los momentos de inicio de jornada, término, clases, en cambios de hora, durante los recreos, el almuerzo, salidas pedagógicas, entre otros.
- Supervisar y apoyar la realización de distintos eventos y actividades extra programáticas organizadas por el colegio, y que éstas se realicen de acuerdo a los principios y valores del Proyecto Educativo.
- Mantener los libros de clases al día, en lo que se refiere a la asistencia y el control ejercido por el Ministerio de Educación.
- Atender a apoderados canalizando sus inquietudes; acompañando al profesor jefe, realizando entrevistas, donde se promueva la buena convivencia y la mejora de los estudiantes (asistencia, atrasos, conducta, rendimiento, relaciones interpersonales, etc).
- Mantener al día información referente al seguimiento conductual de los alumnos y participar de las diversas instancias escolares de seguimiento de estos (consejos, reuniones, etc).
- Velar por la buena presentación e higiene de los estudiantes.
- Supervisar el control diario de asistencia de los/as alumnos (as) realizado por los docentes y/o asistentes de educación.
- Identificar y controlar a los alumnos que son víctima de acoso escolar, intimidaciones, amenazas; junto con informar al Encargado/a de Salvaguardia del Ciclo correspondiente.
- Aplicar las normas de seguridad ante las situaciones de emergencia, resguardando la integridad de los alumnos.
- Encargarse que el retiro de los alumnos en horarios excepcionales, sea realizado por un tutor reconocido por el establecimiento educacional.
Informar sobre el desarrollo de sus funciones administrativas y académicas a los directivos que corresponda.
