**Project Assistant x 3**

**Remote working opportunity**

**Location: Poland, Romania, Chile, Mexico**

Our Project Assistant's are responsible for the administrative aspect of Patient Centred Sciences (PCS) projects and providing assistance to senior management and project management.

**Responsibilities**
- Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People Clients and Performance.
- As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
- Assist with the development of project files and reports
- Assist PCS staff with expense reports, agendas and meeting minutes as required
- Files project materials
- Assists with audit preparation
- Other duties as assigned.
- Supporting invoicing related tasks.

**What do you need?**
- Between 2-3 years relevant experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
