Place of Assignment : Argao, Cebu

**Minimum Qualification Standards**:
Education : High School Graduate

Training : None Required

Experience : None Required

Eligibility : None Required

**Preferred Qualification Standards***:

- Education- College Level- Training- Four (4) hours of relevant training in house parenting with good housekeeping, good parenting and landscaping- Experience- One (1) year relevant experience- Eligibility- None Required- Skils- Knowledge in houseparent procedures, well versed with the standards of hygiene and sanitation, strong interpersonal and communication skills and landscaping skills.**Houseparent II**

**Job Summary**:
Under general supervision, plans programs and activities for wards and residents; monitors and supervises home life activities; does other related work

**Primary Tasks**:

- Counsels residents and initiates constructive social atmosphere;

- Explains the purpose, procedures and rules and regulations of the center;
- Directs the work, study and recreational activities;
- Supervises group living chores, meals personal hygiene, care of clothing's;
- Coordinates with other professional staff regarding individual reports;
- Participates/attend staff meetings, seminars and other center activities;
- Perform other related task assign by the immediate supervisor.
