  • Knowledge in houseparent procedures, well versed with the standards of hygiene and sanitation, strong interpersonal and communication skills and landscaping skills.

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, plans programs and activities for wards and residents; monitors and supervises home life activities; does other related work

Primary Tasks:

  • Counsels residents and initiates constructive social atmosphere;
  • Explains the purpose, procedures and rules and regulations of the center;
  • Directs the work, study and recreational activities;
  • Supervises group living chores, meals personal hygiene, care of clothing's;
  • Coordinates with other professional staff regarding individual reports;
  • Participates/attend staff meetings, seminars and other center activities;
  • Perform other related task assign by the immediate supervisor.
