**About the Role**:
Some of the role requirements are listed below, but with an opportunity to take this and make it your own;
- Creation and execution of digital recruitment advertising campaigns from start to finish, leveraging recruitment branding, employer branding, internal support and driving collaboration across teams.
- Work with key stakeholders within BHP to deliver exception results including the digital, branding and relevant communications team.
- Monitor company’s career site and improvement plan, creating and updated content to keep it relevant and using data to make these improvements.
- Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience.

**About You**:
You will be an exceptional word-smith, happy to take charge and lead projects with a key eye for detail. Having a passion for what you do and how you do it, as well as caring about the final result will be important not only to your success, but the team as a whole.

Creativity and passion are at the heart of this role and you definitely don’t need to have worked in either mining or Talent Acquisition previously to be successful. You do need to understand that your creativity and passion need to be balanced with the need to preserve BHP’s brand in the market and you will need to work with this across all of your work.
