Sales Development Representative for IT Staffing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make phone calls to qualify leads and identify their staffing needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team to close.
- Continually update the CRM system with relevant prospect information and lead status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related events to establish new contacts and promote the company's services.
- Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and conducting follow-ups with prospects.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing channels.
