**What are we looking for?**:

- VET Sales Executive is required to be a Veterinarian or have a bachelor’s degree in an area such as marketing, business or any other related field.
- Requires verbal and written communications skills in English
- Previous experience of at least 5 years as Sales Associate in similar business models
- Experience dealing with prescribers doctors in medicine or veterinary (in pharmaceutical, medical devices or animal health)
- ** The Associate for this position needs to be based in Viña del Mar, V Region.**

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Build the presence of our Brands in Viña del Mar and the V Region
- Present, promote and sell Royal Canin value proposition and products/services in the VET channels using solid product features and arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Increase Customer Coverage in their assigned territory within existing clients and identify new customer prospects by following up on leads.
- Contact new and current customers to discuss their customer´s needs and recommend products to meet those needs.
- Training: in charge of designing, planning and implementing a continuous training plan for all clients staff in order to increase Royal Canin recommendation.
- Listing Must Have list products and new SKUS in their assigned territory
- Ensure the recommendation and implementing best practices of Royal Canin in the VET channel closely partnering with external stakeholders.
- Explain, guide and train about the features and benefits of Royal Canin products to customers: be the voice and the expert of the channel.
- Is also responsible for the deployment of the sales & marketing strategy in terms of portfolio and pricing management, new products introduction, marketing ranges developing, annual commercial plan, activity and training grid.
- In Charge of implementing and following the brand execution instore through Picos program. Foster the right implementation of digital execution
- In charge of the communication, follow-up and respect of trade terms policy and sales guidelines as well as the discounts linked the TT
- Understands and follow sales KPI’s in order to define priorities and set corrective actions to ensure business development and achievements of the target.
- In charge of setting and following deals, agreements able to develop and enhance customers sales and loyalty
- Responsible for the follow-up and good management and cash collection and payments terms compliance.
- Manages an order and delivery calendar respecting minimum order quantities for an efficient and cost effective service.
