**The Work You'll Do**:
An Order to Cash Operations (OTC) Supervisor will lead a team of OTC Ops Specialists that are aligned by legal entity. The position guarantees the accuracy of data used for revenue recognition driving the initiatives to keep the different systems updated.

OTC Supervisor will work closely with the internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive a successful monthly closing process and, accuracy in revenue recognition.
- More specifically you will:_
- The Supervisor will be leading and coaching a team of OTC Specialist by providing a holistic view of the team’s OTC performance around: finance approvals of new contracts, exceptions, reductions and cancellations and how they impact the Financial Statements on revenue recognition accruals, and deferred revenue.
- Partner with Sales and provide continuous support during the Sales Closing Cycle.
- Create Standard LATAM Procedures
- Coach and build a team of OTC specialist with training, coaching and skill development including one-on-ones, performance reviews and onboarding new team members.
- Maintain different systems data updated and make necessary corrections.
- Integrate new acquisitions into the standard Revenue Recognition process.
- Will have responsibility to recommend and present ongoing continuous improvement with OTC’s work processes and tools/systems.
- Support with OTC training and development, project participation, contribute with creating and maintaining documentation for daily process and procedures.
- Partner with OTC leaders on various transformation efforts
- Provide reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly on OTC KPIs.
