Actualmente nos encontramos buscando el reemplazo de **HSE Manager**, **cuyo objetivo es el de gestionar, administrar y dar continuidad a las políticas de seguridad y salud ya implementadas. Este profesional se asegurará de que se sigan las prácticas adecuadas de salud y seguridad del equipo de HSE, en términos de atención médica, respuesta a emergencias, higiene, capacitación en salud y seguridad, así como el cumplimiento de las leyes locales.

Acerca del rol
- Asegurar las estrategias y soluciones, con el personal del proyecto respecto a materia de seguridad y salud, con el fin de lograr accidentabilidad cero durante el proyecto.
- Asegurar que cualquier incidente quede registrado en la base de Ausenco y sean reportados siguiendo los protocolos correspondientes.
- Ensure that all incidents are correctly classified, investigated and corrective actions and lessons learned are developed, closed on time and shared within the Ausenco organization.
- Asegurar que todos los incidentes sean correctamente clasificados, investigados, aplicando acciones correctivas y de aprendizaje.
- Llevar a cabo las estrategias y políticas de HSE ya implementadas
- Gestionar a los miembros de HSE para alcanzar los objetivos del área con respecto al proyecto.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos, respecto a la cultura Ausenco en materia de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.

Acerca de ti:

- Bachelor's degree in a field related to occupational health and safet.
- Título Profesional relacionado con la materia.
- Deberá tener certificación Senageomin B.
- Sobre los 15 años de experiência en salud y seguridad ocupacional y al menos 10 años de experiência en faena o terreno.
- Al menos 8 años de experiência supervisando el área y equipo de trabajo.
- Experiência en investigación de incidentes.
- Manejo avanzado de sistemas computacionales.
- Manejo intermedio hacia avanzado del idioma inglés (a comprobar en entrevista)
