In this role you will be coordinating and assisting the site-works team in the cost-effective execution of deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements.
**This position reports to**:
Project Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Performing site surveys to establish the required steps to execute site-works activities (together with Supply Chain Management).
- Assisting with preliminary enquiries, bid reviews, labor modeling and other preparation activities - Helping to collect and estimate of labor hours and other works-related information.
- Performing on-site reviews, ensuring that business systems are updated with all approved project cost adjustments.
- Reviewing and analyzing progress reports, recommending, and implementing improvement actions to resolve current and potential issues.
- Controlling installation
- and commissioning-related documentation accuracy and consistency.
- Effectively communicating project information and customer feedback to internal project stakeholders.
- Technical assistance for commissioning and start-up of GMD (engines) in Quebrada Blanca 2 (QB2) project.
- Ensure the execution of the project with the quality and time established by the client.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer.
- 10 years of experience working in similar positions.
- Knowledge of project management techniques, processes and tools, including GMD system.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English and Spanish level.
