Somos **Tucar** Una empresa que la está rompiendo en el arriendo de vehículos eléctricos para aplicaciones de movilidad.
Administramos una de las flota (+800) de vehículos eléctricos más grande de Latam y los ofrecemos en arriendo a conductores que buscan generar ingresos manejando en apps de transporte de pasajeros (como por ejemplo Uber). Queremos ser el principal actor de Latinoamérica en satisfacer las necesidades de los Gig Workers.

**Funciones del cargo**:
El cargo pertenece al área de tecnología de Tucar, a cargo del desarrollo de plataformas “non-code” y “low-code” del tipo CRM/CSM, enfocado en **SalesForce** y sus integraciones, extensible a otras plataformas de la misma naturaleza, si y sólo si, la compañía se ve en la necesidad de implementarlas. Por lo tanto, entre sus funciones se encuentran:
- **Administración**: Configuración de las distintas plataformas del tipo CRM/CSM y relacionadas, suscritas por la empresa.
- **Optimización y mantención**: Los flujos de trabajo e implementaciones ya existentes deben ser optimizadas y mantenidas constantemente de acuerdo al enfoque y reglas de negocio de la compañía.
- **Desarrollo**: Deberá llevar a cabo la implementación de nuevos flujos y automatizaciones, asegurando su escalabilidad, mantenibilidad y calidad del entregable en base a los requerimientos solicitados.
- **Documentación**: Los desarrollos deben ser documentados para luego poder realizar mantención, interpretación y operación de estos, en pos de la escalabilidad.
- **Coordinación**: Los desarrollos deben ser coordinados con las áreas, equipos o personas relacionadas.
- **Capacitación**: Explicar y enseñar a utilizar las soluciones desarrolladas a las partes relacionadas.
- **Proactividad**:Colaborar con los equipos de negocio para definir los requisitos y diseñar soluciones personalizadas.
- **Mejora continua**: Buscar constantemente mejoras en todos los procesos que la persona se vea involucrada e incluso en aquellos que no se vea involucrada de forma directa, fomentando la creatividad e innovación dentro de la compañía.
**Requerimientos del cargo**:
- Módulos de Trailhead afines a las certificaciones de “Salesforce Administrator” o “SalesForce Architect” (más de 7000 puntos en TrailHead).
- Conocimientos medios sobre conceptos de tecnología (API, webhook, etc).
- Conocimientos medio/basico sobre manejo de data (filtros, operaciones, DDBB, etc).
Autonomía, proactividad y atención al detalle.
Buena comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
Nice to have: Certificaciones de SalesForce del tipo “Salesforce Administrator” o “SalesForce Architect”.
