Corporate Recruiter

**Overview**

InterSystems is a highly-successful international software company with offices in more than 25 countries, including locations in Chile, Brazil and Colombia. Due to the company's continued successes with our Health IT and Data Platform products, we are looking to add to our 15-person international Recruitment team on a 6 month Fixed-Term Contract.

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, this position will carry 360 responsibilities in support of a variety of open positions throughout the Latin America, including technical, implementation, and sales roles.

As a core principal, InterSystems is focused on quality of hire rather than speed of hire. As a result, Recruitment responsibilities are much more strategic than transactional.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure hiring manager and interviewer preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
- Partner with hiring managers and senior management to negotiate offers, understand business requirements, provide market guidance and to refine Recruitment priorities.
- Represent InterSystems as an employer of choice at industry events and Universities.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years Recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate environment. Experience in both environments preferred.
- Foreign language skills highly preferred (Portuguese)
- Intellectual curiosity is critical. Recruitment at InterSystems invests significantly in understanding the business it supports and how new team members would help the business further its goals.

- Ability to work well autonomously while adhering to established processes and procedures

The role is office-based in Santiago, Chile.
