**Descripción de Cargo**:
Responsable de recopilar, monitorear e informar datos financieros para evaluar el desempeño financiero de la división. Esto se realiza en coordinación con el equipo financiero de Latam, finanzas internacionales, finanzas corporativas y otras áreas funcionales, tales como, ventas, marketing, entre otros. El rol gestiona activamente el proceso de cierre y lidera las actividades de planificación y pronóstico, incluyendo el análisis y presentación de informes financieros.

**Principales Funciones**:

- Elabora los informes financieros del período, trimestrales y anuales.
- Trabaja en conjunto con finanzas regionales y corporativas para preparar el cierre del período, incluyendo actividades de cierre, estimaciones de gastos acumulados, asignaciones y entradas diarias.
- Coordina y prepara información presupuestaria y de pronóstico, como ingresos, costos, márgenes y variaciones con una perspectiva completa del P&L.
- Lidera la presentación de informes de desviaciones operativas, incluidas métricas clave para el P&L completo. Presenta análisis y recomendaciones al equipo directivo.
- Gestiona el análisis de envíos, trabajos pendientes y pedidos para tendencias, unidades, ingresos y margen comparando con el plan y/o pronóstico.
- Proporciona apoyo financiero y orientación a las marcas, trabajando con el equipo de finanzas internacionales, servicios de cuentas y GOG, según sea necesario.
- Participa activamente y lidera proyectos de forma independiente y como miembro de equipos multifuncionales.
- Proporciona a la dirección operativa análisis de cuentas de forma periódica.
- Prepara conciliaciones de cuentas consistentes con la política corporativa.
- Responde consultas del equipo de Finanzas Internacionales y Corporativas, así como Auditorías Internas,
- Realiza otras tareas según lo requiera el gerente.

- Buena comunicación y habilidades interpersonales para interactuar con todos los níveles dentro de la organización.
- Buenas habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Gran atención a los detalles.
- Buenas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

**Requisitos Excluyentes**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Comercial, Contabilidad.
- Al menos 5 años de experiência relevante en FP&A (Plan Forecasting, Budget Process, etc.)
- Conocimientos avanzados en Excel.
- Conocimientos en SAP FI.
- Inglés avanzado.
