**Responsabilidades**:
Gestionar y coordinar todas las actividades operativas y de mantenimiento relacionadas con las instalaciones del cliente.
Supervisar y coordinar contratos de mantenimiento con proveedores externos y asegurar que se cumplan los plazos y estándares de calidad establecidos.
Realizar inspecciones regulares de las instalaciones para identificar cualquier necesidad de reparación, mantenimiento o mejora.
Coordinar y supervisar las tareas de limpieza, seguridad y mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo de las instalaciones.
Gestionar y controlar el presupuesto asignado para mantenimiento y suministros de las instalaciones.
Mantener actualizada la documentación y registros relacionados con el mantenimiento y las reparaciones realizadas.
Coordinar y supervisar las actividades de terceros, garantizando un alto nível de calidad en el servicio proporcionado.
Adherirse a las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de las instalaciones y asegurarse de que se cumplan las regulaciones locales.
Gestionar reclamaciones y solicitudes de los clientes relacionadas con las instalaciones, asegurando una pronta resolución.
Evaluar y proponer mejoras en los procesos relacionados con las instalaciones para optimizar la eficiencia y calidad del servicio.
Mantener una comunicación fluida con el equipo interno y los clientes, garantizando una atención de calidad y un buen nível de satisfacción.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência previa en el área de facilities o mantenimiento de instalaciones.
Conocimientos sólidos en el mantenimiento y reparación de sistemas de fontanería, electricidad, climatización, entre otros.
Habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades.
Excelente habilidad para la resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
Conocimiento de las regulaciones locales de seguridad y salud ocupacional.
Buena capacidad de comunicación verbal y escrita para interactuar con proveedores, clientes y equipos internos.
Orientado/a al servicio al cliente y a la mejora continua.
Conocimiento en el uso de software y herramientas de gestión de facilities será valorado.
Nível de inglés intermedio, preferible para la comunicación con equipos internacionales.
