OBJETIVO DEL CARGO / (JOB STATEMENT)

Brindar soporte técnico especializado al área comercial, ayudando en la prospectiva de nuevos negocios de tecnologías de espesamiento u otras tecnologías asociadas a la compañía. Contribuir al desarrollo de capacitación técnica de los responsables comerciales. Contactos con clientes para soportar ventas en temas técnicos y desarrollo de ofertas, manteniendo un enlace técnico hacia línea de producto. Cargo de alcance regional.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CARGO / (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

Entendimiento de procesos, especialidad metalurgista o químico para analizar, discriminar y dimensionar, con conocimiento general de procesos.
Gestionar y apoyar las ventas de una tecnología definida de la empresa, para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el mercado.
Apoya propuestas con análisis de documentos técnicos, preparación de documento de desviaciones técnicas, llenado de hojas de datos, otros documentos técnicos
Enlace técnico con línea de producto (en Australia, Finlandia u otro). Escalar temas técnicos que requieren soporte de Product Line. Cooperación con otros productos en caso de ofertas integrales.
Desarrollar e implementar programas de capacitación técnica para gerentes de cuentas, con el objetivo de difundir datos del proceso de cotización para casos específicos estén en el nível correcto.
Asistir y realizar otras actividades profesionales afines inherentes al cargo, según las indicaciones y solicitudes del Superior Inmediato.
Apoyo en resolución de eventuales temas de garantias.
Transferencia de conocimiento de casos vendidos al Team de Delivery
Sin personal a cargo
Toma conocimiento y cumple con las normas de Calidad, Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medioambiente de acuerdo con la documentación interna, requisitos legales y requerimientos de la Organización.
Respecto a las labores en las cuales se ve involucrado, cumplir con los procedimientos que implica la acreditación, certificación y mantención de las Normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 y Ch3262 (Igualdad de género y conciliación de la vida laboral, familiar y personal).

**Procesos metalúrgicos**: Chancado, molienda, filtración, flotación y espesamiento.

**Otros Requisitos**:
Inglés (nível Intermedio)
