Como UX Content Writer en Leytonmedia serás parte de una célula, para mejorar la experiência de usuario de nuestro cliente.
- Serás responsable de la creación de contenidos claros, concisos y útiles que ayuden y guíen a los usuarios para los servicios y productos digitales que creamos.
- Participarás de reuniones scrum, para optimizar el equipo y el trabajo
- Velarás porque los canales digitales se encuentren alineados a la estrategia de contenidos
- Propondrás y ejecutarás mejoras en los diferentes contenidos.
- Utilizarás herramientas de user research, usabilty testing, A-B testing, Ux design entre otras.
- Desarrollo y mejora de guía de contenidos

**Requerimientos del cargo**:

- Para postular idealmente formación como periodista, publicista o carrera con afinidad.
- Conocimiento UX Writing.
- Nociones o experiência en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, kanban).
- Idealmente experiência en empresas de retail o finanzas.
- Excelente ortografía y redacción.

**Opcionales**:

- Deseable experiência trabajando en entornos de agilidad
- Deseable experiência de trabajo con equipos digitales
- Conocimiento general en el uso de herramientas de testeo y métricas
- Deseable experiência de banca o finanzas
