Estamos buscando un Associate Engineer quién tendrá la misión de proveer del coaching y herramientas necesarias para una mejora continua dentro de su equipo técnico que promueva el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio, técnico/arquitectónico y también humano. Colaborar con el desarrollo de soluciones que permitan crear, mejorar y mantener los servicios que forman parte de nuestra plataforma digital compañía a través del aprendizaje, colaboración y desarrollo

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- Desarrollo de software
- Relacionarse con sus distintos Stakeholers
- Ser una guía para los nuevos integrantes del equipo
- Medir mecanismos de mejora continua dentro del equipo de Ingeniería.
- Proponer mejoras a nuestros servicios/plataformas y participar de revisiones de arquitectura y diseño
- Apoyar en el análisis/resolución de incidentes de servicios/plataformas provistas por Experiência Digital

Más tiempo para ti: Tenemos una jornada menor a la legal, de 39,5 hrs. Semanales

Los viernes trabajamos hasta las 14:00 hrs. y además podrás tener hasta 10 días de vacaciones adicionales al año.
