**Tu misión y responsabilidades**:
The DX CS Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the DX customer service organization and liaise within the DX finance team to develop and execute short
- and long-term business objectives, manage risks and opportunities and provide financial insight to support informed decisions.Realizar tareas de debida diligencia sobre actuales, nuevos y potenciales socios de negocios (distribuidores, agentes, despachantes aduaneros, consultores, entre otros).
- Partner with the business to identify and understand financial challenges. Provide practical advice and solutions that will help the business make informed decisions and improve financial performance.
- Key point of contact for the production of business cases. Ensure that a high degree of rigor is applied, and that financial returns are clearly articulated.
- Drive strategic initiatives from start to finish, ensuring that they are implemented successfully and that the benefits are realized.
- Support Laboratory Solutions Customer service head to achieve short
- and long-term strategic objectives. This will require financial expertise to develop and implement solutions that are both feasible and effective.
- Review contract terms and conditions to identify risks, propose alternative language to mitigate them, and provide feedback to better shape commercial offers in line with cost development.

**Tus requerimientos y experiências**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven Finance Business Partner experience (+5 years) ideally gained within a large, complex organization.
- Exceptional numerical, analytical skills supported by advanced communication and presentation skills - used to translate financial issues for operational teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the key factors which influence business performance.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with staff and partners at all levels. Be able to challenge and influence others when necessary.
