**Your Role**
- Analysis of new clients for the assignment of credit based on the evaluation of the financial statements, commercial reports and other documentation that is necessary for this purpose, and data management in the system.
- Follow up legal cases and maintain direct contact with lawyers if necessary.
- Raise early alerts on doubtful accounts and cancel bad debts, proposing the elimination of old debts if necessary.
- Manage the collection of invoices in the area, supported by the personnel involved in sales and collaborators from the different areas of the organization, maintaining proactive contact with the client to control and guarantee timely payment.
- Ensure that internal credit control management tools are used and kept in functional condition.
- Prepare and prepare financial reports required by the organization on a weekly basis and prepare periodic reports and / or advice on the situation of accounts receivable and expected credit losses to their headquarters.
- Provide support to the Area Manager in the periodic review and update of the company's credit policy, developing and implementing initiatives for continuous improvement of credit control.
- Keep all relevant parties within the organization informed regarding credit management (best practices, credit acts, industry benchmarking, credit bureaus, etc.).
- Schedule monthly follow-up meetings to discuss your outstanding accounts and develop corrective action plans.
- Prepare reports or financial tasks within the scope of their functions, as requested by the leadership.
- Consolidation and management of corporate information of Atlas Copco Chile SpA.

**To succed you will need**
- Academic training equivalent to: Accounting, Business Engineering, Business Administration Engineering or related careers and/or verifiable experience of at least 5 years in the area.
- Desirable intermediate level of English.
- Desirable intermediate level computer skills (Office).
- Management of SAP system.
- Knowledge in the following areas:

- Financial mathematics.
- Accounts payable.
- Commercial legislation.
- Tributary legislation.
- Negotiation. Experience
- Desirable 3 years of experience in positions of similar responsibility.
