**_How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)_**:

- _

**_Job responsibilities include:_**
- _ Working with LATAM counterparts to ensure process and strategy alignment in U.S-South American JV markets._
- _ Managing demand through the analysis of booking activity, historical traffic trends, the pricing environment, capacity trends, and competitive factors. _
- _Developing, analyzing, and implementing inventory allocation strategies, while continually evaluating flight/market performance to identify and leverage future opportunities. _
- _Initiating appropriate actions to maximize revenue per available seat mile and maintain/increase market share._
- _ This position also performs frequent ad-hoc analysis related to the assigned markets. _
- _The analyst routinely communicates flight/market performance feedback to leadership and key stakeholders, including Sales, Network Planning, and Airport Customer Service, and works with RM Systems and IT to recommend inventory system enhancements. _
- _Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. _
- _Job qualifications include:_
- _ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required. Hyperion/BRIO skills preferred._
- _ Inventory management experience and familiarity with airline economic concepts, (including seat allocation, overbooking and revenue optimization), is preferred._
- _ Must be able to think critically, be detail and results oriented, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills._
- _ Must have strong English written and oral communication skills and be able to communicate regularly with senior leadership._
- _ Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment._ _Must be flexible, a self-starter, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and work in an unsupervised manner._
- _ Willingness to learn or ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required._
