**Propósito del cargo**

**Descripción**

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Communications**
- Content Traffic

Research and write targeted communications for internal and external audiences, including short
- and long-form written communications, blogs, presentations, video scripts, social media posts, press releases, thought-leadership content, etc.
Manage day-to-day operations of the editorial calendar and ensure that content deadlines are met. Refine voice and tone for consistency in communications across all channels.
Work with a cross-functional team of creative specialists (e.g., writers, designers, video specialists, photographers).
Develop guidelines and manage the production flow for content
- Social Media

Schedule and draft daily social media content
Develop subscription assets
Create and plan photo essays and video briefs.
Scout and coordinate with photographers and filmmakers to produce multimedia content.
Community management across all media channels to promote NESsT’s work.
Support the design of A/B testing and paid advertising campaigns.
Design and produce graphics using Adobe Suite and Canva.
- Website

Maintain NESsT’s website current with uploads on news, blogs, and new content.
- Events

Assist with the coordination of events around the world, including editing and distribution of digital and physical assets.
- Operations

Oversee documentation of processes in communications and contribute operational improvement ideas.

**Impact Reporting**
- Copywriting and design support for NESsT’s Annual Report.
- Provide communications content for donor proposals and reports.

**Schedule**: This is a full-time, remote position.

**Position Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both **English and Spanish required.**:

- Strong organizational and project management skills with an attention to detail.**Location**: Based anywhere in the Americas with access to stable internet.

- Background and interest in social entrepreneurship, impact investing, and the nonprofit sector preferred
- Fluency in Portuguese, Polish, or Romanian is a plus.
