En el marco de la Ley 21.015 que incentiva la contratación de Personas con Discapacidad al Mundo Laboral, Stantec, te invita a formar parte de una empresa líder en sostenibilidad, participando con nosotros en el proceso de postulación para el cargo de Project Accountant para nuestras oficinas en Santiago.

Sus principales funciones son:

- Realizar actividades de Contabilidad de Proyecto:

- Preparar y mantener la configuración de los proyectos, facturación, Tablas de facturación (BRT), presupuesto del Proyecto, ordenes de cambio, gestión de subcontratos, transferencia de costos, notas de crédito, tarifas faltantes, centro de costo no facturable, cierre de proyectos de manera oportuna, y mantenimiento de los archivos del proyecto asignado, basado en información del contrato con el cliente e información que el Gerente de Proyecto debe proporcionar.
- Revisar los acuerdos contractuales para el correcto tratamiento de exigencias fiscales y tributarias, boletas de garantías, así como los requisitos especiales de facturación, asegurando de entregar información requerida por el cliente.
- Realizar Actividades de Contabilidad de Proyectos no relacionadas a Proyectos:

- Coordinar, estimar y conciliar las provisiones mensuales documentándolas adecuadamente para entregar a Contabilidad.
- Comunicar el ingreso variable, penalidades, o términos inusuales de contratación que se deben considerar para garantizar un reconocimiento de ingresos adecuado.
- Elaborar análisis y reconciliaciones por proyectos a través del uso del reporte financiero del proyecto (Project Performance Report (PPR) y otras herramientas de control.

**Qualifications**:
Los requisitos para postular al cargo son:

- Título profesioanl de Ingenería Comercial, Ingeniería en Gestión (mención fiananzas), Contador Auditor o Administración.
- Experiência entre 5 a 10 años en cargos similares y, al menos, 5 sean en el rubro de la Ingenería/construcción.
- Manejo en Ms Office avanzado.
- Manejo de Power Bi y Sistema ERP (oracle) intermedio.
- Dominio de inglés intermedio (deseable).
