- Importante empresa multinacional ubicada en la comuna de Pudahuel, busca Supervisor Tracking D2C:

- Principales funciones:
- Supervisión y control de las entregas finales al cliente
- Resolver problemas relacionados con todas las partes involucradas (Call Center, OLB)
- Monitoreo de todos los pasos del tracking (Devolución/GR/Inspección)
- Análisis en detalle de las ocurrencias del tracking y plan de mejora
- Soporte en Peak Season (Tracking, Billing, Claims)
- Proyectos urgentes y resolución de problemas urgentes
- Mejora de problemas en terrero y apoyo a las auditorías

**Requisitos**:
- Experiência deseable en D2C, Venta Online, Market Place, Última milla. Logística y distribución. Sistemas de gestión logística (WMS, TMS, VAS, OMS, Beetrack)
- Formación académica Ingeniero Civil industrial, Ingeniero en Logística, Comercio Internacional o carrera a fin
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.

**Perfil deseado**:

- Requisitos:
- Experiência deseable en D2C, Venta Online, Market Place, Última milla. Logística y distribución. Sistemas de gestión logística (WMS, TMS, VAS, OMS, Beetrack).
- Formación académica Ingeniero Civil industrial, Ingeniero en Logística, Comercio Internacional o carrera a fin.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
