As **Inventory Optimization Manager** you are responsible of maximizing profitable sales growth across markets by leading your team to optimize supply based on demand.

You are responsible for short-term operational functionality and long-term strategy and development within sales market buying, stock and reductions, allocation, inventory optimization, WH network (with logistics) and inventory flow forecasting.

Apart from being an integrated part of Merchandising team you work closely with Regional logistics, Regional team and in some cases with central functions to enable a fast, flexible and effective supply chain in the sales market today and in the future.

You adapt the regional allocation strategy to your market needs based on regional input and local learnings.

**Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited**:

- Develop top down omni demand plan together with Sales Team, Controlling and omni HoM.
- Create an omni supply plan based on demand plan and technical buying, stock targets, reduction cost targets together with controlling, Merchandising and Regional team.
- Set stock management and sale strategies with HoM, Controlling, Logistics, Regional team.
- Set strategies and ways of working for allocation and inventory optimization with regional Inventory Optimization managers and regional logistics.
- Lead your team in the collaboration with logistics. Drive the goal setting process and challenge our way of working to enable us to a more efficiently supply our customer demand.
- Plan, prioritize, monitor, and follow up common goals and results together with your local stake holders and region.
- Secure that ways of working and total information flow from commercial actions and inventory optimization are synched with logistics.
- Improve local supply chain and bring regional findings to regional Demand and Supply agenda and roll out new ways of working for new development initiatives in region.
- Provide input and analysis to D&S and Inventory optimization manager within the region to improve buying and stock efficiency within the market.
- Lead, recruit & develop your team for the best possible setup here and now but also understand future needs for resources and competence as we develop our supply chain

**Requisitos**:
**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- Fluent English
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economist or similar
- 3+ years of relevant working experience in merchandising (previous experience as inventory optimization, planner, supply chain desirable).
- A strong customer focus and insight and data driven,
- Proven ability to drive results and work towards goals.
- Drive your results through a high level of salesmanship and great analytical skills.
- Strong leadership skills and a very collaborative mindset.
- Curious and strategic leader that have the ability to bring the best out of every team member.
