We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our global team. The SAP Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing coordination for the PP/WM/MM modules of SAP as it relates to the integrated and cross functional consideration of the ERP supply chain solution, connecting the end-to-end processes, ensuring high integrity with company standards for all solutions that are developed and implemented. This position will be the “overseer and maintainer” of our standard supply chain solution template under their Domain.

Other Duties include the following:

- Working with the Applications and Project Management teams on supply chain solutions for major systems implementations, requests from the business, and general support of the Supply Chain information systems solution.
- Demonstrate a high degree of success working multiple tasks and engagement to projects running in parallel.
- Experience with and conversion from ECC to SAP S/4 HANA is highly preferred. This position will be key in drawing the road map to S4/HANA.
- Experience of working with cross-cultural teams; comfortable in interacting with people across hierarchical levels in the organization and at client locations.
- End to end ERP project implementation experience and involvement in activities across multiple phases: fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration build, user testing, cutover, deployment, and post go live.
- Work with the Analyst team to identify/validate solution gaps and facilitate cross functional solution workshops.
- Ensure that new solution developments are captured in the standard template documentation.
- Travel to other company sites as required.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, as well as guidance and direction from multiple leaders.
- Bilingual English & Spanish is Required
- Organize, Facilitates, Lead and direct activities with business functional user groups to define the Enterprise Best Practice business processes and identify exceptions to be resolved.
- Be a decision maker for final solutions within their Domain
- Change agent for a new solution adoption.
- Champions use of SAP best practice solutions
- Collaborate outsourced resources to achieve project goals
- Partners with peers across the IT organization to solve complex business problems including taking a lead role on the high-level solution options and design
- Research and learn relevant technologies, including their current updates, independently
- Keeping informed of industry trends within the specific technology area of focus.

- Demand planning forecasting, planned independent requirements

- BoMs, Routes.
- Material master parameters in the MRP 1-4 views, purchasing, plant parameters.
- Purchase orders and purchasing processes from end to end.

- Good Receipt/Good Issue
- Stock transfers and replenishment
- Put away and Picking strategies
- Controlling inventory Process
- Mobile Data Entry

Education/Experience:

- College degree or equivalent, plus 5+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience required
- Prior experience with SAP / ERP implementations
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex, cross-functional requirements and challenges
- An understanding of and experience with manufacturing and distribution processes, terms and methodologies
- Expert understanding of an ERP system and the ability to comprehend overall business impacts of all ERP changes
- Ability to analyze operational problems and develop appropriate solutions
- Strong interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and influence groups of people and facilitate constructive discussion, brainstorming, and quick decision-making
- Ability to expertly understand and provide direction for all functional configuration, modification and testing tasks involving any SAP module
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate required system changes, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with a team (internal personnel and external consultants) and collaborate on a solution
- Quality-oriented attention to detail a must
- Work effectively and independently on assigned projects
- Proficient with Windows based software programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000,000 - $4,500,000 per month
