Who will you be working with?

Our best-in-class Warehouse and Operations teams combine knowledge of customers’ networks and processes with deep domain expertise and tenured experience to deliver products. Here you’ll interact daily with all departments.
You will deal with multifunctional teams (engineering, sourcing, quality, manufacturing, material planning, customer service, product engineering, fulfillment, logistics, finance, process, and IT) to make sure the material will be delivered with success. You will have periodic meetings with the client to ensure compliance with the contract.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for scheduling the supply of materials necessary based on sales orders, client's contractual obligations, or position of stock levels.

What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics / other relevant technical degree.
- Proactively identifies and removes obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team.
- Strategic and systemic thinking, strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Spanish and preferably fluent or advanced English or Portuguese.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignments.
- Expert in breaking down problems and estimating time for development tasks.

What will your typical day look like?
- Daily schedules the supply of materials (parts, components, etc.) necessary for the delivery of the company's products, ensuring customer service within the stipulated deadlines.
- Accesses the computerized system to find out about the sales orders in the portfolio as well as the stock position and issues, if necessary, the purchase requisitions already defining quantities and delivery times.
- Works with the person responsible for the local supply chain, "following up" the delivery of materials, charging for compliance with deadlines, or reporting possible delays or service failures that may alter the delivery schedule.
- Responsible for the local inventory report and the entry/exit of material from the warehouse.
- Weekly, the SISCO's production schedule for the next period is informed, anticipating the planning in the supply of materials, aiming to meet the stipulated deadlines.
- Weekly participates in meetings with customers to monitor the order book.
