**Your Role **:Join us for this exciting opportunity to develop your career Within this role, you will develop your finance career through rotations in various functions within the Finance area. You will work on 3 rotations across the function, with the addition of job shadowing the National Finance Director to ensure that you receive well rounded knowledge of all focus areas required for success in a future senior finance role. You will also gain operational insights and learn about the company.
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop skills and abilities to complete all tasks in relation to General Ledger, Working Capital and Controlling.
- Develop strong understanding of all processes in the Finance area.
- Establish decision making and management capabilities
- Understand, follow and adhere to KN Finance Guidelines
- Project delivery as outlined in training program
- Work with the Finance Team in the host country and coordinate communication with Knowledge Centre and Regional finance team on tasks including but not limited to:

- Analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet
- Month End closing
- Collection
- Procurement to Pay
- Application of accounting principles and general ledger bookings

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics
- Young Adults with at least 1-3 years working experience in an international company
- Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
- International mobility (during and after the program)
- Excel advanced skills
- Knowledge of office based IT tools
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills, proactive approach
