**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Internal Research**: Investigate existing performance systems and metrics within **Wheel the World** to understand what’s currently in place and where improvements can be made.
- **Evaluate Team & Individual Metrics**: Assess the effectiveness of team and individual performance metrics, identifying gaps and areas for enhancement.
- **Research & Recommend Platforms**: Explore and evaluate platforms that can support our performance and feedback management, offering recommendations for implementation.
- **Build Performance Hubs**: Assist in designing and creating a centralized hub for managing performance measurements and feedback, ensuring it aligns with our business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Program or Project Management** experience, with a focus on performance and feedback systems.
- Strong background in **HR** with an understanding of performance management and feedback processes.
- Proven experience in **stakeholder management** and collaboration across teams.
- Strong research skills with the ability to recommend practical and impactful solutions.
