**La Oportunidad**

Esta posición está ubicada en las oficinas Comerciales de Huechuraba, en la división EP Electrophysiology. En el negocio de Electrofisiología (EP) de Abbott, estamos avanzando en el tratamiento de enfermedades cardíacas a través de tecnologías médicas innovadoras en la fibrilación auricular, lo que permite a las personas restaurar su salud y seguir adelante con sus vidas.

Como **Sales and Clinical Specialist** tendrás la oportunidad de brindar apoyo educativo, de ventas y técnico en respuesta a consultas de campo de médicos, profesionales de la salud, pacientes y personal de ventas de campo. Identificar y utiliza cotidianamente las mejores prácticas comerciales más efectivas y rentables para ejecutar procesos; evalúar continuamente su eficacia y adecuación. Ejercer juicio en la planificación, organización y ejecución del trabajo; monitorea el desempeño y reporta el estado al gerente/supervisor.

**Lo que harás**

1. Actúa como la interfaz técnica y de ventas entre la comunidad médica y los hospitales y la oficina de ventas de relaciones públicas.

2. Brinda soporte técnico y de ventas en la cobertura de casos procesales de AF en respuesta a consultas de campo las 24 horas, de guardia.

3. Responsable de exceder el plan de ingresos al desarrollar y adherirse al plan de negocios procesable.

4. Contacta, visita e interesa a los clientes y clientes potenciales en los productos de la Compañía y responde a las preguntas e inquietudes de los clientes. Interactúa con clientes e instituciones asignadas, médicos y técnicos, compras y administración de clientes.

5. Interactúa con todos los níveles del personal de ventas y administración de ventas.

Se mantiene actualizado sobre los desarrollos en los campos de especialización, los requisitos reglamentarios y un conocimiento general de los productos, mercados y objetivos de la empresa y la competencia, así como las tendencias de la industria. Recopila y analiza datos de mercado y clientes para determinar la participación de mercado de Abbott en el territorio asignado.

Brinda apoyo en las siguientes áreas:
a. Eventos de formación, congresos y convenciones médicas

b. Estudios clínicos/recopilación de datos

C. Distribución de Memorandos Técnicos/Clínicos en productos y ediciones

d. Solución de problemas

e. Capacitación en servicio sobre nuevos productos para médicos, enfermeras, técnicos de clínicas de dispositivos y otros representantes de ventas

6. Garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los procedimientos de Abbott y todos los requisitos de las agencias reguladoras aplicables.

7. Realiza otros deberes y responsabilidades relacionados, según se le asigne.

**Requisitos**:

- Profesional titulado de carreras del área Biológica o Ciencias de la salud.
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en cargos similares llevando productos de dispositivos para cardiología.
- Manejo de idioma inglés de nível intermedio.
- Disponibilidad para viajes
