Looking for two positions: one for Public channel and one for Private channel. It is not a mixed role.

Role Description:
The Channel Lead is responsible of developing strategic alliances to achieve the best position for Pfizer portfolios in the Andean Cluster by establishing, defining and defending the competitive advantages of the organization and portfolios. Leads the integration of the different areas of the company to put them at the service of clients, by guaranteeing the adequate medium and long-term relationship, based on value, successful negotiations tailored to clients and the best service experience, through different areas and SAMs support. Main objective of the role is to make all necessary arrangements, agreements and partnerships to secure new launches can successfully reach all patients that need those products in all the different stages of the product life cycle.

Customers this role will interact with: External Clients: HMOs and its network, Internal Clients

Capabilities and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA or advance degree in related field preferred.- 5-10 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience, leading teams preferred.- Fluency in English recommended- Has in-depth industry Knowledge and expertise.- Evidence of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth.- Understanding of organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies of both Pfizer and Key Accounts.- Experience in analyzing complex new situations, anticipate potential problems and future needs.- Team-oriented style and manner to work collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.

Purpose and key activities:
Purpose:
- Lead the strategic approach to HMOs guaranteeing maximization of opportunities by creating value proposition to generate business growth. Foresee the characteristics of the market, anticipate possible deviations and challenges in the changes of the insurance and the key insurers in the market.

Key account management:
- Identify Key Decision takers within the HMOs that facilitates the delivery of value-added proposals, based on detected needs. Account management:
- Generate impact results for the organization according to the goals. Leadership:
- Align the expectations of the business units against the metrics for insurers and their market plans (environment, market, competitors)- Leads team of SHP (Strategic Healthcare Partner)
