Sus funciones serán orientadas a:Atender las necesidades de los colaboradores en la agencia, entregando el apoyo de la Gerencia de Recursos Humanos.
Con énfasis en la mejora de la calidad de vida de los colaboradores y en generar dinámicas positivas.
Apoyar la gestión de los beneficios corporativos en la agencia, según los lineamientos de la Gerencia de Recursos Humanos.
Asesorar a líderes y clientes internos.
Responsable de tareas exclusivas de la gestión del área, como control de asistencia, reclutamiento y selección, entre otras.
Trabajar en colaboración con el área de desarrollo organizacional para la gestión del talento de la compañía, como evaluaciones de desempeño, encuesta de clima, reconocimiento, entre otras.
Gestión y coordinación de los diversos eventos organizados por el área de Recursos Humanos.
Requisitos: Estudios en Ing.
Comercial con mención en RRHH, Psicología, Administración de Servicios o carreras a fin.
Experiencia de al menos 3 años en cargos de subespecialidad de RRHH y en DO, Clima y Selección.
Conocimiento especifico: Conocimiento en psicología laboral, selección de personal, evaluación por competencias, gestión en procesos de DO en general.
Habilidades: organización, foco en el cliente, habilidades interpersonales, comunicación, administración del tiempo y planificación, capacidad de análisis.
