Our Customer Operations team isembarking on an exciting journey to Digitalize the Go to MarketCustomer Operations such as Integrated Planning, Customer experienceand Logistics. If you are a SC Professional with passion fordigital, customer service and physical operations such astransportation and warehousing then we would love to hear fromyou What you can expect from the role?
- _ Lead theCustomer Experience team and connectivity with CD and Customers inChilean Market aiming superior Service._
- _ Lead the Logisticsoperations in Chile including the order management processes._
- _Coordinate the SC Operations in Chile including the IntegratedPlanning Operations and connection with Procurement, Factories andother areas of Supply_
- _ Be a Business partner to the ChileanHeads of Business Units aiming at supporting the growth of theBusiness and BU objectives of profitability._
- _ Lead thedecarbonization agenda for logistics in Chile_
- _ Manage SHE andQuality aspects of the operations_ Does this sound likeyou?
- Relevant experience in Customer Experience, Logistics and/orPlanning
- Understanding of business needs and how to supportgrowth and profitability in a multifunctional team WhyUnilever?
