¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
  • Crear, planificar, ejecutar y liderar implementaciones, talleres, entrenamientos, demostraciones, pruebas de concepto y pilotos para mejorar la productividad y la experiencia del empleado con soluciones de Microsoft como Microsoft 365, Power Platform y Microsoft Viva. 
  • Liderar la adopción de nuevas tecnologías y métodos de trabajo en los clientes corporativos de TC1 Labs utilizando metodologías como SCRUM, OKRs, PROSCI, Lean Change Management y Microsoft Service Adoption Framework.
  • Planificar y ejecutar talleres de diseño centrado en la persona (empatizar, definir, idear, prototipar y probar) empleando metodologías como Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean UX o Service Design. 
  • Redactar guías, tutoriales, historias de éxito, artículos o guiones para videos con la finalidad de anunciar, sensibilizar e impulsar el uso de las nuevas tecnologías.
  • Ejecutar acciones de mejora continua a partir del seguimiento de indicadores de adopción, encuestas de satisfacción y ejecución de sesiones de retrospectiva con cada cliente. 

Esta posición está orientada a Consultores o Especialistas en Soluciones Modern Work/Business Apps que hayan desempeñado este rol en Microsoft o Partners de Microsoft.

Herramientas de productividad y colaboración como Microsoft 365 y Power Platform, diseño centrado en la persona (Design thinking), SCRUM, Storytelling, Gestión del Cambio, OKRs.
