About Fella Health

Fella Health helps middle-aged men live 10 years longer.

We are the telemedicine clinic for bigger guys, worldwide. We use medical weight loss treatment to solve our fellas' most pressing healthcare need, then remain a fella's core healthcare provider for the rest of their life - focused on men's health, longevity, mental health, and primary care.

We will have served 1 million fellas by the end of 2026, and 10 million fellas by the end of 2028.

Our mission is to solve male obesity worldwide, by accelerating the take-up of GLP-1s in middle-aged men. From this, we’ll become the world’s leading men’s health brand.

We’ve grown >80x since Sept 2022 (currently growing >30% MoM) and are cashflow positive . We have expanded our state coverage to >75% of US population, have started to expand our clinical protocol beyond weight (e.g. testosterone), and are eyeing up international expansion.

We're still a young startup and are moving quickly. We have a long way to go. This is still Day 1.

The opportunity as Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to join our dynamic team. You’ll start by sourcing candidates through job platforms, groups, recruiting agencies and outbound searching. You’ll then align closely with our Hiring Leads to ensure you understand the role requirements and can effectively filter all initial applications, allowing the Leads to focus only on promising candidates. This is a critical role that will help scale up our Leads’ time and directly impact the company’s ability to grow.

This is a full-time remote role.

You'll report directly to our CEO, Richie Cartwright, and collaborate closely with our Hiring Leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Straight Away
    • Full Life-Cycle Recruitment:
      1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, recruiting agencies, social media, and networking, to attract qualified candidates.
      2. Application Filtering: Filter all inbound applications, ensuring only promising candidates are passed on to the Hiring Leads for interviews.
      3. Care Coordinator Screening: For the care coordinator role, you’ll conduct initial interviews with filtered candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.
      4. New Hire Onboarding: Ensure all new hires are smoothly onboarded with the company.
  • In the near future
    • Advance the Talent Acquisition Function:
      1. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
      2. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the advancement of best practices by noting which platforms, agencies, and groups are worth utilizing.
Need to have
  • Experience : you have 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Language : you are fluent in English.
  • Flexibility : ****You can manage ****recruitment volume throughout the annual cycle, swiftly ramping up for key searches or peak seasons.
  • Organization : You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while moving seamlessly between multiple searches and client groups.
  • Mindset : You calmly handle uncertainty and rapidly changing situations.
Nice to have
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Systems mindset : you think in and build out systems. You drive towards automation where possible. You’re comfortable with no-code tools.
