Realizar las asesorías y asistencias técnicas en terreno en el Área de Negocio que incluyen: ejecutar y/o supervisar mantenimientos programados; gestionar requerimientos del cliente y del área técnica de SRP; realizar recomendaciones en sus informe de servicio a partir de las intervenciones en terreno y reuniones de trabajo con el cliente para posibles nuevos negocios, contribuir al óptimo rendimiento y disponibilidad de los equipos en acuerdo a los manuales y recomendaciones de mantenimiento y operación de fábrica.
- Participar en programas de trabajo en conjunto con el cliente según alcance acordado con Sandvik.
- Realizar presupuestos en acuerdo a requerimiento y alcances durante las asesorías y asistencias técnicas.
- Generar informes a su jefatura.
- Integrar y/o supervisar equipos de trabajo en labores operativas de recuperación y mantenimiento en plantas y talleres a equipos y componentes, velando por la mejora continua de procesos, proponiendo mejoras en las soluciones que ofrece el área.
- Apoyar a los equipos de ventas para que coincidan con la mejor oferta de productos con las necesidades/oportunidades de los clientes vs las recomendaciones de servicio.
- Asistir en la preparación técnica de propuestas con especialistas del área, en conjunto con el área comercial y de aplicación.
- Apoyar en los cálculos para cotización, incluida la programación de contratos y servicios.
- Planificar y organizar su trabajo y/o el de su personal operativo que esté asesorando en caso de aplicar.
- Comunicar en forma correcta y oportuna información relevante, que pueda influir en su trabajo
- Dar soporte y asesoría técnica o capacitación a requerimientos de cliente y/o áreas relacionadas.
- Realizar puesta en marcha de equipos (nuevos y/o recuperados) de su especialidad.
- Experiencia laboral de mínimo 6 años en equipos de trituración y clasificación.
- Estudios Técnico de nivel superior o Ingeniero.
- Poseer licencia de conducir clase B.
- Experiencia en programación de PLC.
- Disponibilidad para viajar en las distintas regiones del país.
