Responsable de asegurar que los estados financieros representen fielmente la situación financiera de la compañía, garantizando la calidad y oportunidad de la información financiera. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES: - Asegurar que los estados financieros representen fielmente la situación financiera de la compañía, conforme es establecido por la normativa legal vigente y la normativa financiera aplicable.
- Coordinar y gestionar el cumplimiento de los plazos de emisión de reportes financieros.
- Garantizar a través de seguimientos y las actividades de Control de Gestión el cumplimiento de los objetivos de las áreas de Contabilidad y Cuentas a Pagar.
- Garantizar que los registros sean apropiados y de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos financieros y de control interno que se encuentren publicados.
- Ser el nexo en la relación con los agentes externos que sean necesarios (SII, Tesorería, INE, Auditores externos, etc.).
- Desarrollar el equipo de trabajo enmarcado en las políticas y procedimientos publicados por el departamento de Recursos Humanos.
- Canalizar y atender a las dudas Administrativas y Tributarias - a través de las entidades que sean adecuadas (Personal a cargo, Asesores, etc.).
- Promover el desarrollo de las potencialidades de las personas que integran el equipo de trabajo a cargo, que les permita desarrollarse al interior de la compañía y la generación de talentos que en futuro lideren las actividades de la organización.
- Promover feedback interdepartamental con el objetivo de buscar la mejora continua e innovación de manera de mantener níveles de percepción altamente positivos con los diferentes clientes Internos de la compañía.
- Velar por el cumplimiento del proceso trimestral de control interno en lo que respecta al área de contabilidad e impuestos.
- Elaborar el Forecast trimestral en los que respecta a su ámbito de influencia. SU **Perfil**: - Estudio profesional Ingeniero Comercial o Contador Auditor.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en funciones similares en empresas multinacionales.
- Conocimientos en MS Office Word, Excel, PPT, OTIC y OTEC (avanzado).
- Conocimientos en normas IFRS.
- Conocimiento y manejo de ERP.
- Nível de Inglés básico o intermedio.
- Poseer Licencia de Conducir Clase B (deseable).
- Disponibilidad para viajar. Fecha límite de aplicación: 11 de abril 2023.
