IT EngineeringManager at BairesDev We are looking for an IT EngineeringManager to lead our Engineering Team and help spearhead ourgrowth. As an IT Engineering Manager, you will play a criticaland active role in the day-to-day operations. This is an excellentopportunity to be one of the key members of our Engineering team andposition yourself for unique career growth opportunities. WhatYou Will Do: - Be in charge of the Human Capital for theProject: hiring, retaining, and firing. Compensation plans,motivation, etc.- Help in the definition and monitor metrics andKPIs for the teams.
- Make sure that team coordination and thedevelopment process are executed correctly.
- Lead all the Scrumceremonies and its compliance.
- Encourage a collaborativeengineering culture according to the company values. Here’swhat we are looking for: - 4+ years of experience in SoftwareDevelopment related roles in a relevant company.
- 2+ years ofexperience as a Project Manager or similar.
- Strong ProjectManagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
