Our client is an important real estate development company, a leader in its industry.
Reporting directly to the Line Manager, his main responsibilities are:
- Develop, implement, and supervise the sustainability and well-being aspects of all the group's projects, ensuring compliance in the design, construction, and operation stages.
- Lead the company's internal environmental management processes, both for certifications and for continuous improvement, also ensuring correct management and communication with the different stakeholders and public bodies.
- Research and develop projects, construction and design systems in Innovation, Sustainability and Well-being, to be incorporated into projects at all stages.
- Perform technical and economic feasibility evaluations and reports of all the projects in development, execution, and operation when necessary. And at the same time, the benefits and positive impacts associated with the implementation of each measure in each project.
- Evaluate construction systems and products with alternatives in relation to sustainability criteria, feasibility of execution and associated costs.
- Know and implement certification systems such as LEED, GSS, among others.
- Lead the management of carbon footprint measurements, estimates in design, construction, and operation, among others.
- Generate periodic reports related to the operation of the projects on sustainability issues.
- Needed to be fluent in English, advanced level.
Civil Constructor, Architect, or similar careers with at least 5 years of experience in positions associated with innovation, design and development of sustainable projects. Have studies and master's degrees related to these topics, with the ability to manage several projects in parallel, have autonomy, be orderly, methodical, planned, with management skills and with orientation to the fulfillment of objectives and permanent research on issues of Sustainability and innovation.
