Bechtel is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to be based in Santiago, Chile to support the Mining & Metals GBU. The role focuses on front-end bidding, review and negotiation of major contracts, and ongoing project support to ensure governance and compliance.
The candidate will require a law degree and admission as a lawyer with 13–15 years of relevant experience, fluent in English and Spanish, and able to travel to Chile and Peru as needed. Part-time telework is available.
