La infraestructura Cloud para CMPC corresponde al stack tecnológico diferenciador que permitirá a la compañía alcanzar las metas de Innovación de acuerdo a la estrategia que acordó el directorio. Por lo cual, el Cloud Engineer deberá administrar, gestionar y controlar los contratos de administración Cloud directos e indirectos que CMPC posea con proveedores, velando por el adecuado cumplimiento de SLA´s y asegurando que el servicio entregado sea de excelencia y calidad; así como administrar los diferentes Cloud provider que posea CMPC, en todos los países donde CMPC posea operaciones, ya sea de administración directa o indirecta, a través de servicios gestionados con terceros.

Responsabilidades:
  • Participar en las definiciones relacionadas al uso de tecnologías Cloud y aportar con buenas prácticas.
  • Participar en los proyectos e iniciativas para la implementación de soluciones Cloud, velando porque se tomen en cuenta los lineamientos de seguridad, administración, monitoreo, operación y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
  • Velar por el correcto funcionamiento de la plataforma Cloud, realizando planes de acción que busquen optimizar las aplicaciones, hacer un uso eficiente de costos, detectar y resolver problemas de rendimiento.
  • Realizar actividades de tuning, optimización de recursos y aplicaciones, proponiendo mejoras de forma proactiva y de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio y de los equipos de Innovación.
  • Asegurar que los servicios de plataforma Cloud están operativos y disponibles para el correcto funcionamiento de las aplicaciones analíticas y de negocio.
  • Velar por el correcto uso de los recursos Cloud, con el fin de asegurar una correcta facturación de servicios.
  • Diseñar e implementar métricas de uso de los servicios Cloud para realizar una correcta facturación.
  • Asegurar que se haga un correcto uso eficiente del Billing de los recursos Cloud, para esto deberá revisar espacios de optimización y buscar con los equipos la implementación de estas mejoras.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con los equipos de Cibersecurity para asegurar y mantener segura los diferentes Cloud provider, para lo cual deberá realizar planes de trabajo en conjunto con este equipo.
  • Administrar, gestionar y controlar los contratos de administración Cloud indirectos que CMPC posea con proveedores, velando por el adecuado cumplimiento de SLA´s y asegurando que el servicio entregado sea de excelencia y calidad.
  • Administrar los diferentes Cloud provider que posea CMPC, en todos los países donde CMPC posea operaciones, ya sea de administración directa o indirecta, a través de servicios gestionados con terceros.
Formación:

Título profesional de Ingeniería en Informática o carreras a fin.

Experiencia:
  • Experiencia de al menos 4 años en cargos como Ingeniero de sistemas o Cloud Engineer o similares. (Excluyente)
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en la administración y optimización de Billing. Deseable prácticas de FinOps a nivel Cloud y certificaciones a fines.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en procesos de gestión de incidentes, problemas, capacidad, cambios. Prácticas de administración Cloud, así como experiencia en troubleshooting de soluciones distribuidas híbridas ya sea Cloud, SaaS y/o On-premise.
Conocimiento específico:
  • Deseable certificaciones y experiencia en algún Cloud Provider a nivel organizacional como GCP, Azure o algún Cloud Provider.
  • Deseable herramientas de monitoreo de aplicaciones APM Dynatrace, ELK, Splunk y/o propios de Cloud Provider.
  • Deseable conocimientos en Datalake, Kubernetes y entornos productivos en Cloud.

Ubicación: Santiago, Chile, Región Metropolitana. / Abierto a postulaciones en Argentina, EEUU.
